PREPARING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

1. Bring an updated medication list (Bring your medicines if necessary because we want to make sure this is accurate and NOT depend on what is on your electronic medical record at another office)
2. Bring the actual medicine(s) into the office for any skin conditions you are already treating
3. Some exams are focal based on your concerns (for example, an acne exam usually involves the face) but for those patients with a history of skin cancer, a full skin exam is recommended.  This involves removing all clothing except underwear and being covered in a gown that we provide.  But, we can limit the exam based on your preferences.
